I attended a meeting of the Dundee Fairtrade Forum of which I am the Convener. The meeting took place in Morgan Academy and it was good to see the commitment to promoting fair-trade in the school.
The main item for discussion was our plans for this year's Fairtrade Fortnight. The theme for Fairtrade Fortnight is about promoting fair-trade bananas. In Dundee we will be holding a number of events to promote fair-trade bananas and encouraging others to change to fair-trade.
